Since the trucks contained food that was tastier than what they could get in the jungle, many clever wild elephants begged for sugar cane by blocking the trucks.

An adult Asian elephant stands by the roadside and waits for passing vehicles to ask for food. This stretch of road is regularly used by trucks carrying sugarcane from a nearby field to the sugar factory.

After being stopped by the drivers, the elephant raised his trunk to get some sugar cane from the car and began to enjoy his meal.
