In case you were not aware, The Rock ended up suffering an elbow injury while training for the film. The Rock had noted that he believed it was some form of soft tissue damage as well.
“Since you guys know, I am filming a movie called The Smashing Machine and anytime your film is called The Smashing Machine, well you are gonna get smashed up [showing his elbow] look at that sucker right there, it’s like having a cataloupe up my elbow. I got banged up pretty good today, you know scenes and there might be some soft tissue damage, that’s a lot of fluid, we’ll see, I got to get it out of there first before I got any kind of MRI.”
The Rock then noted that he suffered ruptured bursa sac but made it clear it wasn’t anything serious. The Great One took to his Instagram recently and uploaded a video of himself performing some heavy dumbbell rowing exercises, as he is already making a swift recovery from his injury.
”elbow’s feelin’ better 💪🏾
2 sec peak hold, with deep stretch at the bottom. These are a b******* and kicks my ass but super effective and one of my fav DB rowing exercises.
