The collection includes both prescription and sun styles, featuring HSTN for adults and Frogskins for kids

Football phenom and Team Oakley® athlete Kylian Mbappé releases his 2023 Signature Series Collection with the brand. The exclusive collection fuses iconic Oakley silhouettes with Kylian’s personal style, resulting in eyewear blurring the line between fashion and lifestyle-performance. 

With a sophisticated color palette of brown and gold, and a combination of opacities to mimic color-blocking, Kylian’s Signature Series Collection blends inspirations for a collection as striking as his game.  

“To me, being a football player means understanding the importance of paying attention to every detail,” said Kylian Mbappé. “I brought this same mentality into creating my new signature collection with Oakley. Bold and vivid colors reflect my personality, whilst having aesthetic and versatile designs. The same way I have my own philosophy of play, each eyewear has its own style.” 

The new collaboration between Oakley and French striker Mbappé includes four models: HSTN style for adults, in sun and optical, as well as Frogskins styles for kids, also available in both sun and optical. 

Kylian Mbappé’s Signature Series sun style, HSTN, is available with a sleek two-tone BiO-Matter™ frame with Prizm™ Bronze Tungsten Iridium lenses, engineered to enhance color and contrast in everyday experience, making the environment appear more vibrant and giving a warmer appearance to colors. The Series’ optical frame, HSTN Rx, comes instead with sleek Polished Clear frames and is available with Oakley Authentic Prescription lenses, which come laser etched with the iconic Oakley ellipse logo and Kylian’s initials on the decorative metal plate. 

Frogskins XS and XXS, on the other hand, are specifically engineered for smaller faces so little ones can wear their sunnies or eyeglasses all while carrying a piece of their favorite football hero with them. Sun styles tie back to the HSTN sunglass and its Light Curry lower frame color and Prizm Tungsten Iridium lenses, while the optical Frogskins style features a classically composed Polished Clear frame with clear lenses. 

All 2023 Kylian Mbappé Signature Series Collection styles are embellished with a custom design featuring Kylian’s initials for a refined, personalized touch, and come with an exclusive box and microbag with a print of Kylian’s logo alongside gold detailing.  

Starting on February 16th, an exclusive pre-release of the Kylian Mbappé 2023 Signature Series Collection will be available at select eyewear stores in Italy and France, as well as through Oakley stores and Oakley e-commerce websites in Europe.
