After Jude Bellingham’s latest efforts, some REAL MADRID fans have joked that they should pay Borussia Dortmund more for him.
The team led 2-0 at home against Almeria, but a great comeback helped them win 3-2.
After 57 minutes, Bellingham calmly scored a penalty, which led to an amazing second-half showing.
Ten minutes later, Vinicius Junior tied the game, setting up a crazy end.
Real Madrid worked hard to get the winning goal, which was scored by Dani Carvajal in the 99th minute.
The right-back scored with a close-range stab after Bellingham started the attack. He then ran the length of the field to set up the goal with a header.
The midfielder scored his 18th goal for Real Madrid since moving there from Dortmund for £115 million in the summer.
And he now has eight assists for the season.
Being as good as Bellingham is, Real Madrid fans would be happy to send Dortmund extra money as a thank-you.
One person said, “We robbed Dortmund on the Bellingham deal.” They should have been paid £100m more.
Someone else said: “The kid is carrying the world’s biggest club on his back.”
“In the 99th minute of the game, Bellingham busts a gut to set up the winner,” said a third. He’s such a good player.”
“Bellingham is something else,” said More. “That kid went to Real Madrid and is shining. He has goals and assists and does everything.”
The 20-year-old was so happy with his win that he tweeted afterward, “And breathe.”
Because he got a fifth yellow card and will not be able to play in Real Madrid’s next game against Las Palmas on Saturday, he will have plenty of time to heal from his lung-busting run at the end.
