France’s Dassault has unveiled the Falcon 10X private jet at the Paris Air Show, which takes place from June 19 to 26. It is expected that by 2025, the aircraft will be put into use. As a super-long-range jet, with a range of up to 12,000 km, a maximum speed of subsonic (1,142 km/h), the Falcon 10X is competing with the likes of Bombardier Global 7500 and Gulfstream. G700.

Designed with a shower room and cabin with a height of more than 2 meters, the Falcon 10X is also known as the “penthouse of the sky”.

The cabin has a height of 203 cm, 12.7 cm higher than the G700. Despite being in the air, the plane’s bathroom is even larger than the bathrooms of many ground apartments. In particular, the bathroom is equipped with a shower – something only found in the most luxurious private jets. The bathroom space is also very large, with a place to sit and enjoy the view. Luxurious marble floors and a toilet make many people feel like they are at a real hotel.

The cabin is 276 cm wide, the space is large and comfortable. The soft, cozy bed ensures to provide a comfortable rest just enough for the super-rich passengers on long-haul flights.
Dassault also equipped the room with a large-screen TV. There is also a nice little bench to watch TV.

Next is the seating area, including 8 chairs. The seats are very comfortable with a modern, body-hugging design that looks quite unique compared to regular airline seats. Opposite is a folding table that can be opened to eat or work. The table is also longer than the usual folding table on the plane. In addition, on the side of each seat there are buttons, including 2 light switches and a flight attendant call button. Under the windows are storage compartments.

The control panel is arranged in many areas. These include applications to adjust the light, temperature in the cabin or map the plane, and the SkyView feature that broadcasts a view of the scene outside the plane.

The final area in front of the cockpit is the kitchen, where food and drinks are prepared. Here only a small sink is installed and many of the dining areas are stocked with some expensive chocolate dishes. In particular, there are many cupboards, a coffee machine and two convection ovens.

Finally, the cockpit. Dassault said the control room uses a flight control system using military technology. With the FalconEye integrated vision system, the Falcon 10X will have incredible visibility and operate efficiently despite unfavorable weather conditions.
