Earlier in the day, Johnson shared a video to his Instagram account to express his thanks to fans who recently saw his new feature, Jungle Cruise.
The Disney feature is based on the theme park attraction of the same name and was made available to the public last month.
The film was centered around a riverboat captain who takes a scientist and her brother up a waterway in search of a mythical tree.
Also appearing in the fantasy-adventure flick are performers such as Emily Blunt, Jack Whitehall and Paul Giamatti, among others.

The performer also wrote a message in the post’s caption where he pointed out that many viewers had taken to the Disney+ streaming service to see the movie more than once.
