British-Albanian hitmaker Dua Lipa is building a sprawling multimillion-dollar mansion in Sarande, Albania, where her family has roots, a source exclusively tells Page Six.

We’re told the new home in the coastal city — located opposite the Greek island of Corfu — will have grand views overlooking the Ionian Sea.

Lipa, born in Britain to immigrant Albanian parents Anesa and Dukagjin Lipa, was granted Albanian citizenship in November by President Bajram Begaj.

The Grammy Award-winner lived in Kosovo with her family from ages 11-15, telling NPR, “I wouldn’t change it for the world because it really helped me become who I am.”

In 2016, the “Levitating” singer and her father founded the Sunny Hill Foundation to raise funds with annual concerts in Albania to help people experiencing financial difficulties.

In the summer of 2021, she vacationed in the Balkan country with her family and then-boyfriend Anwar Hadid and had dinner with Prime Minister, Edi Rama.

A rep for Lipa did not respond to a request for comment.

Lipa also owns a home in London and sports cars, including a Jaguar I-Pace and the Jaguar F-Type.

Page Six exclusively reported last month that Lipa is getting cozy with rapper Jack Harlow — whose latest album features a song entitled, appropriately enough, “Dua Lipa.”

The pair met Variety Hitmakers Brunch in Los Angeles in November and have been in “constant communication” ever since.

Lipa was recently linked to Trevor Noah after the pair were photographed hugging after having dinner at Miss Lily’s in New York in late September.

But a source tells us that the dinner was friendly and took place after he taped for her podcast “At Your Service.”
