‘Gonna be a long game’: Hugh Jackman displays fit figure in tight shirt while taking part in new contest on The Tonight Show

Hugh Jackman showed his muscular physique in a tight black T-shirt on Wednesday during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The 45-year-old actor looked fit and trim in all black ensemble for his visit to the New York City-based chat show.

The X-Men franchise star sported a layer of facial stubble and displayed his slowly growing hair after shaving it off for a movie role almost four months ago.

Hugh joined Jimmy for a new game on the show called Pool Bowling.

The game featured bowling balls on a giant pool table they could stand on.

Hugh at one point tried to cheat but pulled one of his own bowling balls from the pocket instead of Jimmy’s ball.

‘This is a really bad moment for me,’ Hugh said after doubling over in laughter.

After Jimmy missed again, Hugh walked away from the game and reclined on the couch.

The new game was eventually won by Jimmy after it was cut short.

Hugh was the ultimate performer on Sunday at the New York City funeral for Joan Rivers.

The Tony Award-winning Broadway star delivered a moving tribute to Rivers and sang Peter Allen’s ‘Quiet Please, There’s A Lady On Stage’.

Hugh shaved his head and groomed his facial hair into a bushy moustache and pointed beard to play infamous pirate Blackbeard in the upcoming film Pan.
