Duck Dynasty came to an end after 11 seasons following controversial comments from patriarch Phil Robertson during an interview with GQ.

The network issued a statement in regards to the comments, which referenced both homosexuality and the Jim Crow era, saying: “We are extremely disappointed to have read Phil Robertson’s comment in GQ, which are based on his own personal beliefs and not reflected in the series Duck Dynasty.”

The controversy wasn’t entirely to blame for the show getting axed, however.

After the drama, which kicked off shortly before the season 11 premiere, the Robertson family released a statement confirming that they and A&E decided it was time to part ways.

“After five years, 130 episodes and one of the biggest hits in the history of cable, the Robertson family and A&E jointly decided that Duck Dynasty, the series, will come to an end after this season,” the statement said.

Ratings for the show had fallen, which is believed by some to have been a contributing factor in the shows demise.

Although Duck Dynasty came to an end, many members of the Robertson family remained in the public eye.

Willie and Korie Robertson — along with their six kids — were thrust into fame by the show.

They, along with older kids John Luke, Sadie, and Rebecca, remain fixtures on social media.

Similarly, Jep and Jessica Robertson still make headlines.

Phil, Jase, Uncle Si and other Robertsons are also still very much public figures.

Many of their lives have changed drastically since they last appeared on TV.

Here’s what the famous Duck Dynasty family is up to today.

JEP AND JESSICA

Jep and Jessica Robertson recently dropped $289,900 on a Texas home.

The couple moved away from the Robertson family in Louisiana amid Jep’s battle with addiction.

They moved to Texas in 2017 with their five kids to launch a food truck called Jep’s Southern Routes.

In May 2021, they purchased their new 1,850-square foot home, as exclusively reported by The Sun.

The home boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is brand new and outfitted with modern fixtures.

In addition to all the space inside, Jep and Jessica’s new home features a large yard for kids Lily, Merritt, Priscilla, River and Gus – whom’ they adopted – to play.

WILLIE AND KORIE

Willie and Korie Robertson starred on Duck Dynasty along with their six kids for five years from 2012 to 2017.

Since then, the duo have branched out and launched an empire of their own.

Willie runs a Duck Commander store, which sells hunting gear and apparel.

He and Korie launched a production company called Happy Camper Productions in 2018 and filed to keep it active in August 2021.

The couple films their own series, At Home with the Robertsons, on Facebook.

They have interviewed stars like Tim Tebow and former Bachelorette Hannah Brown on the show.

Willie is also President of a Christian Youth Camp called Camp Ch-Yo-Ca, which he continues to run.

He also manages to run Duck Commander The Tour, which is a museum in West Monroe, Louisiana.

Willie frequently promotes another business venture of his, which is called Pit Boss Grills.

Other businesses include 4 Bears Music Group, Robertson Brothers Farm, WK Properties, Back 40 Properties, Commander Services Co, Commerce Street Holdings, WKR Investments, and more.

Willie and Korie have three biological children and three adopted children.

Sadie, one of their daughters, continues to reside in Louisiana with her husband Christian and their daughter Honey.

SADIE

Sadie appeared on Duck Dynasty as a teen. In the years since the show ended, she married her now-husband Christian Huff in 2019.

The pair welcomed their first child, Honey, in May 2021.

Explaining the child’s name, Sadie wrote on Instagram at the time: “Gracious words are like HONEY, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.’ Proverbs 16:24. I’ve always loved this. verse. It’s made me have a love for the idea of all that honey is. It’s a sweet delicacy with a strong healing component.

“When Christian and I started dating, we went through the book of Proverbs together and I remember getting to chapter 16 and as I read verse 24 I said to him, “you have words like honey. they are so sweet and are healing places in my heart I didn’t even know I needed to be healed.”

After welcoming their daughter, Sadie and Christian bought a 1.32-acre plot of land for $20,000 on June 14, 2021.

The property is located in West Monroe, Louisiana, where Sadie’s family’s famous mansion is located.

News of the purchase came as Sadie revealed over the weekend that her current home has been infested by rats.

She shared on Instagram: “Tbh the start to this year has been quite interesting! We will share more about it in our vlog soon.

“It started off by me getting FLURONA (flu + covid) (yikes) so obviously I was bummed to miss passion but I was so thankful that God gave me the strength to still preach my message to an empty room despite being so sick.

“My faith from that experience grew so much. His spirit is truly living within us! also, thankful the conference is online!”

Sadie went on: “Then as we were on our way home from ATL we got a call that we have a couple of rats invading our home and those little guys are doing some workkk. So we couldn’t go home.

“It’s day 4 of not being able to get them and being out of our house. It’s disgusting and we are exhausted from getting over sickness and being out of our home.

“So here we are floating around trying to make the most of it. Thankful to be healthy now. Lord, help us to consider it joy! P.S. I’m sad to say ratatouille the movie hits different now.”

JOHN LUKE

Sadie’s brother, John Luke, lives on the Robertson family compound with wife Mary Kate.

The pair married in 2015 and met at 15 years old at summer camp.

They share two kids: John Shepherd and Ella.

John Luke and Mary Kate’s home was hit with an alleged drive-by shooting in April 2020.

“eight to 10” shots were fired at the property, hitting two homes including the young couple’s.

One of the shots went through a bedroom window, but no one was injured.

Daniel Dean King Jr. was accused of shooting at the property. He was ordered to “stay away” from the area and surrender his firearms.

REBECCA

Rebecca Robertson – Sadie and John Luke’s sister – is now a mom of two.

She and husband John Reed Lofli welcomed their second child on Christmas Eve in 2021.

They named their little girl Holland Lo Loflin.

The couple also has a son named Zane.

Holland was born months after Rebecca suffered a devastating miscarriage.

She admitted at the time that she “debated whether or not to share about this on here.”

Rebecca wrote on social media: “The truth is… I had a miscarriage

“I actually found out I was pregnant a while back, we were ecstatic because we had planned on growing our family for quite some time now.

“We kept it a secret so we could surprise our family with this exciting news during the holidays…”

Rebecca went on to say that she found out she suffered a miscarriage before going to her first ultrasound appointment, which made it “easier” to accept.

In July 2021, the Me & My founder revealed that she and her husband were expecting again.

Rebecca recently opened up about her postpartum journey, writing in part: “Three weeks postpartum and life has been messy, sweet, exhausting & absolutely

magical. ❤️✨

There are a lot of things that happen following the birth of a baby. So many great things, but, physically & mentally, moms just go through a lot!”

PHIL

Phil continues to run his empire and preach.

He recently wrote a book called Uncanceled, which he has been promoting online.

In addition to his business ventures, in 2020 Phil revealed he had an affair which resulted in a child.

At the time, he had only recently learned he fathered the child.

Phil and his sons discussed the shocking news on their podcast, Unashamed.

The Duck Dynasty patriarch’s son Alan said on the show that he received a letter from. a45-year-old woman named Phyllis who claimed she was his sister.

Al said at the time: “So basically, it was from a woman who said that by a DNA search, she thinks that Dad might be her dad.”

He admitted he initially “dismissed” the letter, because the woman’s birthday was after Phil became a Christian in the 1970s.

Phyllis was born before he devoted his life to Jesus.

Al went on to say: “Well once we get into that and start looking at it a little more deeply, I’m like, ‘Oh woah, woah… there might be something to this.

Al’s brother Jase also received a letter from Phyllis.

He said: “We both concluded, this is not one of those frivolous things we’ve got.”

Al added: “We had to pursue it. I started thinking, there’s a 45-year-old woman out there who doesn’t know who her dad is and she’s looking. And I though, even if it’s not Dad, she needs to know it’s not Dad.”

Phil eventually agreed to take a DNA test and it showed that he was the father of the woman.

After they got the result, Phil wanted to “bring her on down.”

He said: “We know that in all things – in all things – even sin, God works for the good of those who love him who have been called according to his purpose.”

The Robertsons were able to meet Phyllis.

Phil said of the story: “It’s a pretty cool explanation of redemption, reconciliation, love.

“As it turns out, 45 years, you have a daughter that you don’t know about, an she has a father she doesn’t know about.

“45 years that doesn’t sound like a very long but you say, that’s a while.

“So finally, after all those years, we come together.”

UNCLE SI

Si Robertson, known to fans as Uncle Si, won fans over on Duck Dynasty with his unusual sayings and hijinks.

He continues to star on a YouTube series called Duck Call Room, where he and his costars talk about various topics.

Uncle Si shares clips on social media to much fanfare.
