The 2,817-square-foot beach community home maximizes a.12-acre site. Retractable glass walls open the towering living rooms to manicured terraces and a 30-foot lap pool in a central courtyard.

The ad calls the 2009 project a “secluded escape” and “designed with privacy in mind,” suitable for a celebrity hideaway in the city.

A bespoke kitchen with soapstone counters, a floating staircase, a 15-foot bookcase wall, and an 80-year-old olive tree shade the patio.

According to the Observer, Clarke bought the home for $4.64 miℓℓio𝚗 in 2016, thus she lost about $200,000. In April 2019, she rented the residence for $25,000 per month, the site reports.

Variety reports the actress listed the home for $4.995 in August 2020.

Clarke celebrated her 34th birthday by skydiving in her native U.K.
